Refund policies

At RK Automotive LLC, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned for various reasons. That's why we have a straightforward and fair return policy.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was received. This means that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all of its original accessories included.

Please note that we do not accept returns on used or installed parts, as well as items that have been damaged or modified in any way. In addition, we do not accept returns on special order items or items that have been discontinued.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have the return authorization number, you can ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
